the location proved convenient for exploring major attractions many sites like the football stadium were within walking distance i found the staff helpful especially elena at reception she provided valuable tips breakfast included hot eggs made to order i thought that was a nice touch
i found no tea or coffee making facilities in the room a slight inconvenience the towels felt quite thin i also noted poor water pressure in the shower the price seemed a bit high considering these shortcomings

the lobby felt expansive and modern, a lovely area. breakfast included a fantastic buffet, everything was so fresh.
i found the air conditioning wasn't working. it wasn't mentioned at check-in, so i couldn't decide if i wanted to stay. this issue lasted throughout my visit and couldn't be fixed.

the a/c was off during warm weather and the staff said it was still winter according to upper management. this made sleeping uncomfortable and noisy since I had to open the windows.

the hotel is conveniently located less than ten minutes from the deusto metro stop. i noticed many shops, bars and supermarkets were just a short walk away. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. i really appreciated that they assisted me with directions and suggestions for local dining.
i must say i was slightly disappointed that there was no minibar or complimentary water in the room.

the room i booked was exactly as expected and it was clean. it wasn't too big, just enough. the bed was very comfortable and i had a good night sleep throughout my visit. it was pretty quiet at night.

The hotel's location proved convenient, very close to bus stops. It was manageable to walk around the area. I found different pillows in the room, which I appreciated. The workers were nice.
The room floor was not clean. I could hear people in adjacent rooms. I also heard people in the hall passageway.
